Peach Martini

The first one is known as the Apeach martini and requires the following ingredients:
- Three ounces of absolut apeach vodka
- One ounce of peachtree schnapps
- Two ounces of orange juice
- Half an ounce of grenadine syrup
The method of preparation is as follows:
- Take the first three ingredients in a shaker that is filled with ice.
- Shake them well and make sure that they blend properly.
- Once it is done then strain into a cocktail glass and gently sink in the grenadine syrup into the mixture.
- Using a cocktail stirrer, stir the contents of the glass to swirl the grenadine around and give the drink a lovely peach color.
The next peach martini recipe is known as the white peach martini and requires the following ingredients:
- 2 ounces of stolichnaya peach vodka
- 1/2 ounce of triple sec
- Dash of sweet and sour mix
- 1 tsp of grenadine syrup
- 1/2 ounce of champagne
The method of preparation is as follows:
- Take the ingredients in the order in which they are mentioned in a martini shaker filled with ice, except for the champagne. Make the sweet and sour mix by boiling equal parts of water and powdered sugar together till the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the juice of a lime and stir. Keep the vessel to cool down before you bottle up or use the syrup.
- Shake them well till they are well mixed and blended together.
- Strain the peach martini into a pre chilled martini glass and float champagne on the surface. Garnish using a lime wedge.
