Lime Martini Recipe

Martini has been a popular drink the world over for over a century and has been adapted into numerous variations. The Lime Martini is one such variation and makes a rather cool and refreshing drink. Here are some basic recipes for Lime Martini:

Lime Martini Recipe 1


Ingredients:
  • Graham cracker crumbs, for rimming the glass
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 6 T. vanilla flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup key lime liquor
  • 2 T. pineapple juice
  • 2 T. heavy whipping cream
  • Ice
Method:
Place Graham crackers on a shallow dish and crush them finely. Rub a wedge of lime on the rim of the Martini Glass and roll the dip the edge of the Martini glass, so that the rim gets coated with Graham Crackers. Then chill the Martini glass for at least half an hour. Pour the liquid ingredients into a Martini shaker along with cracked ice and shake well until it is well mixed. Strain the mix into the well chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.

Lime Martini Recipe 2


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Ke Ke Beach key lime liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Absolut Vanilia vodka
  • 1/3 oz Rose's lime juice
  • 1/3 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz half-and-half
Method:
Place Graham crackers on a shallow dish and crush them finely.   • 1 oz Rose's lime juice
  • 1 oz half-and-half
Method:
Pour the liquid ingredients into a Martini shaker along with cracked ice and shake well until it is well mixed. Strain the mix into the well chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
