Lemongrass Martini Recipe

- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz of litchi juice ( either fresh or canned)

Mix all these ingredients in the water and boil them together till the sugar has dissolved completely. Cool the liquid and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Fill a martini shaker with crushed ice till it is half full. Add the vodka, litchi juice and the lemon grass syrup and shake it well till it is amalgamated and chilled. Strain this mixture into a martini glass. Cut a lemon and rub the wedge around the rim of the glass and then gently immerse it in the drink.
