The ingredients include:- Fresh lavender stems
- Vodka
- Lemon juice
- Ice
To make your lavender syrup which will be used for this lavender martini recipe you will require 2 cups of water and fresh lavender stems preferably with flowers. Bring the water to a boil and add in 3 1/2 cups of sugar. Stir the water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the vessel from the heat and cool. Cool it in the refrigerator if required. Once it is cooled strain the syrup and bottle it to use when ever you need.
To create the refreshing lavender martini take one part of vodka and one part of the lavender syrup and pour them into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake them thoroughly and add a splash of lemon juice extract. The citrus and the lavender syrup can be balanced according to your taste. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and serve.

- One part of chambordi ( raspberry liqueur)
