Espresso Martini Recipe

Espresso martini has been called the Midnight Coffee and is extremely popular the world over. Here are some of the basic recipes for that Martini with a coffee kick:

Espresso Martini 1


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce fresh chilled espresso
  • Ice
  • Chocolate sprinkles or curls or small chocolates
Method:
Before preparing the Martini, make your espresso ahead of time and keep it to chill. On the other hand, chill a Martini glass by adding a few cubes of ice and some water and keeping it in the freezer. Pour all the other ingredients into a Martini shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Throw out the contents of the Martini glass and then strain into the well-chilled Martini Glass. The drink should look frothy. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles or curls or small chocolates pieces.

Espresso Martini 2


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz cold espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz white creme de cacao
Method:
Chill the Martini Glass. Pour all ingredients into a Martini Shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the well chilled Martini Glass and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and serve.

Espresso Martini 3


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
  • 1 oz creme de cacao
  • 1 oz espresso
Method:
Chill the Martini Glass. Pour all ingredients into a Martini Shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the well chilled Martini Glass and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and serve.

Espresso Martini 4


Ingredients:
  • 7 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz espresso
  • coffee beans for garnish
Method:
Shake vodka with crushed ice in a shaker for about half a minute. Add Kahlua and espresso and shake some more. Let stand for a while to allow complete chilling. Strain into chilled Martini Glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
