Dirty Martini Mix

Method


You need a chilled cocktail glass, do so by placing the glass in a freezer. Use a mixing glass to fill two thirds of the portion with ice. In accordance with what you prefer use gin or vodka, (1.5oz). Top it with a splash of dry vermouth. Add filtered olive brine depending on how salty you want your drink. Use a stirrer to stir the dirty martini mix approximately for a minute or more. Once that's done strain it into the chilled glass. Use olives as a garnish. Don't be too generous when it comes to garnishing with olives. If the olives are small use two, if not use one.

The measure of ingredients used for making a dirty martini mix depends entirely on how you want it to be.
